Poppity Pirate is a Royal from the Drivel Kingdom, worth 10 points, and needs a Resource Card matched to each of his 4 icons to settle.

The Resource Deck consists of a combination of 9 different types of resource cards, which will help you to claim, defend, steal, settle, and unite as many Royals as possible. Each player should have 6 resource cards in their hand at the beginning of each turn, until the Royal Deck runs out. Use your resources wisely, as they're all you've got.
